Contract Attorney
The candidate will provide legal review, advice, and support on a broad range of legal matters including strategic transactional documents, commercial contracting, licensing, quality and operations, transactional and general corporate matters. Position would have significant responsibility for a diverse range of commercial, legal, and compliance matters. Work closely with all business functions and senior management. Actively assist company in achieving business objectives. Demonstrate strategic value and competence in applying legal skills to daily in-house corporate, business, compliance and other matters. Should have a J.D. and 2-3 years of Contract experience at a major law firm and/or corporate in-house legal department. In-house legal department experience preferred. Life sciences, pharma and FDA compliance experience is a plus. Should have experience in practical skills in commercial transactional matters. Should have admission and membership in good standing to the bar of one state. Should be Organize and manage Patents and patent work with outside firms.
