Duties

• Represent clients in court hearings and trials.
• Conduct depositions and defend depositions.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with clients.
• Collaborate with a team of paralegals and support staff.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and South Carolina.
• 2-5 years of experience managing a large caseload preferred.
• Some experience in litigation preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel frequently to courts across NC and SC.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar licensure in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Skills

• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
