Duties

• Independently handle all aspects of secured financing enforcement proceedings.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions and injunction papers.
• Conduct diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and appeals.
• Manage State and Federal Court appearances and mediations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of solid experience in commercial litigation.
• Admitted to practice in New York; New Jersey admission preferred.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
• Effective communication skills for client interactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
