Duties

• Structure and negotiate complex commercial contracts and technology deals.

• Negotiate channel, reseller, and distribution agreements.
• Manage e-commerce and AI/ML development agreements.
• Conduct IP due diligence in M&A and financial transactions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions and sourcing.
• Experience with complex commercial agreements and technology deals.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, semiconductor, and digital assets is welcome.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and project management skills.
