Duties

  • Attend trials and hearings.

  • Travel throughout New York as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 4 years of litigation/courtroom experience; foreclosure experience preferred.
  • Active member of the New York Bar with all necessary licenses and continuing education.
  • Proficient in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Experience with Fastcase or Westlaw.
