Duties

• Collaborate with attorneys to develop motion strategy.

• Ensure all filings meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Contribute to motion templates and writing standards.
• Analyze legal issues and advise litigation teams.
• Appear at hearings as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience with emphasis on law and motion.
• Strong command of California civil procedure and motion practice.
• Exceptional legal writing and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable.
• Comfortable in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
