Project Lead for Clear Diligence

Summary

Waller is seeking a Project Lead to work with our Clear Diligence group. We are seeking qualified candidates interested in managing all aspects of the contract review process. Clear Diligence’s expertise focuses on providing prompt and precise contract review and abstraction using specialized software for large scale transactions across a variety of industries, including healthcare and information technology. The Project Lead will be responsible for project management, including, but not limited to, final deliverables, timelines, workload coordination, systems management, data room monitoring, and client communications. Project Leads also have the flexibility of working remotely; however, they must be able to be in office when required.

Requirements

JD from an accredited law school

Computer literacy, in particular, proficiency in Excel

Exceptional attention to detail, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment adhering to project deadlines

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team of document reviewers

Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality with regard to projects
