Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• 6-8 years of substantive law firm experience in finance law.
• Proven track record of handling complex finance transactions.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
