Location: Livingston, NJ

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and counsel across various practice areas, including Wills, Trusts & Estates, Real Estate, Business Law, Bankruptcy, Debtor Protection, and Aviation Law.
• Conduct legal research to support client matters and ensure comprehensive understanding of relevant laws.
• Handle litigation cases, including pre-litigation negotiations and in-court litigation.
• Manage labor and employment law matters as required.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Work independently and remotely while maintaining close communication with the team.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of law in the practice areas of Wills, Trusts & Estates, Real Estate, Business Law, Bankruptcy, Debtor Protection, and Aviation Law.
• Experience providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and handling litigation cases.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in estates and trusts, probate and administration, business law, real estate, bankruptcy, or aviation law is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey and New York State Bar or Pending Admission.

Skills:

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Expertise in the practice areas of Wills, Trusts & Estates, Real Estate, Business Law, Bankruptcy, Debtor Protection, and Aviation Law.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage litigation cases and handle diverse legal matters.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid or remote setting.
