Duties:

• Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, support, and property division.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.
• Work collaboratively with a team to ensure efficient case handling and collective success.
• Primarily work remotely, but attend all required in-court appearances.
• Be available for in-person client meetings at the office when requested.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in family law, with a solid understanding of case management.
• Active admission to the Washington State Bar, maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
• Exceptional writing skills, demonstrated through clear and precise writing samples.
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex legal matters.
• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy in all legal documentation and communications.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong professional references attesting to expertise, reliability, and collaborative nature.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Washington State Bar membership (required).
