The candidate will represent clients in professional negligence matters. Provide representation to clients and assist in the defense of clients in litigation matters. Maintain client relationships. Prepare pleadings, draft correspondence to clients, legal research, coordinating discovery with clients, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation. Must have 1-5+ years experience. Litigation experience is preferred.
