Duties

• Draft complex estate plans and business succession planning documents for high net worth individuals.
• Prepare complex charitable giving documents.
• Counsel clients on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping tax planning.
• Assist with probate proceedings for taxable and non-taxable estates.
• Process Federal gift and estate tax returns.
• Engage in tax-exempt organization planning.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in estate planning and trust administration.
• Strong document drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and exceptional work ethic.
• Desire to contribute to a team environment.
• Top academic credentials and experience.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the bar in the jurisdiction(s) of practice.

Skills

• Proficiency in estate and gift tax planning.
• Experience with business succession planning.
• Ability to draft complex legal documents.
