Job Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury tort litigation cases.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Provide immediate client contact and assume responsibilities from the outset.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external clients.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure effective case management.
• Stay current with developments in personal injury tort law.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar is a plus.
• Over 4 years of personal injury tort litigation experience.
• Trial and/or appellate experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar is a plus.
