Duties

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in licensing and commercial partnering transactions.
• Substantial law firm experience in life sciences and health technology sectors.
• Superior academic credentials and contract drafting capabilities.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Barred in the state of the office location or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• State Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
