• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant private equity legal experience.

• Strong knowledge of corporate transactional work.

• Proven ability to handle significant client responsibilities.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours to meet client needs.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in good standing.
