Duties

• Defend clients in California state and federal courts.
• Engage in all phases of litigation, including discovery and depositions.

• Contribute to trial preparation and trial proceedings.

Requirements

• Two to four years of complex product liability litigation experience.
• Experience with pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or consumer health products preferred.
• Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the California Bar is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California Bar.
