Duties:

• Prepare and manage petitions for EOIR, USCIS, and ICE.
• Assist clients with various immigration matters including visa applications, waivers, and permanent residency processes.
• Effectively manage client communications and ensure they are informed of progress at all stages.
• Utilize legal terminology and immigration-specific software for case management and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and file management by legal and firm standards.
• Advise clients on immigration status and legal options, providing clarity on the procedures involved.

Requirements:

• Active State Bar registration.
• 1 year of experience practicing immigration law.
• Knowledge and experience with waivers, visa applications, and permanent residency processes.
• Strong understanding of EOIR, USCIS, and ICE petitions.
• Ability to manage multiple client inquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the state of practice.

Skills:

• Proficiency in immigration-specific legal software such as LawLogix and eIMMIGRATION.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong recordkeeping and organizational skills.
