A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Commercial Litigation, Employment, and General Liability Practice Groups in Little Rock, AR. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced litigators, engage in case strategy, and develop client relationships. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 5 years of relevant litigation experience and must be active members in good standing of the Arkansas Bar.

Duties

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development.
• Engage in client interactions and relationship building.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Active membership in good standing of the Arkansas Bar.

Education

• JD or better in Law.

Certifications

• Active Arkansas Bar membership.
