Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of immigration law experience.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Active Bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Familiarity with family-based petitions, asylum, and removal defense.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
