A law firm seeks a 1st-8th Year Associate for its Antitrust and Competition practice group in Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have experience in antitrust and competition law, government and internal investigations, and civil antitrust litigation. They should be admitted or eligible for admission to the Bar in their jurisdiction.

Duties

• Handle antitrust and competition law matters.
• Conduct government and internal investigations.
• Manage civil antitrust litigation, including discovery and pretrial motions.
• Represent clients in state and federal court.
• Engage with enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

Requirements

• Experience in antitrust and competition law.
• Experience in government and internal investigations.
• Experience in civil antitrust litigation.
• Admitted or eligible for admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
