Mechanical Engineering Patent Associate

The candidate should have an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering or physics. Graduate-level experience or advanced technical degree is a plus. Admission to the USPTO is strongly preferred. Must have 2 years of patent prosecution experience at a firm or in-house. Involvement with patent analysis/opinions of counsel and IPRs is a plus. Must be eligible to sit for the Patent Bar within 6 months of hire.
