A well-established law firm in Rancho Cucamonga, California is actively seeking an Entry-Level Immigration Attorney to join its growing immigration practice. Location:

• Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Duties:

• Represent both detained and non-detained clients in immigration court proceedings and before the Board of Immigration Appeals

• Conduct strategic legal consultations with prospective clients

• Prepare and review immigration applications, including removal defense and family-based petitions

• Manage individual caseload from intake through resolution

• Perform intake visits at detention centers as needed

• Develop legal strategies and prepare clients/witnesses for USCIS interviews and court testimony

• Draft and submit legal briefs and supporting documentation

• Coordinate with community-based organizations, law enforcement, and prosecutorial offices on immigration issues

• Stay current on changes in immigration law and regulations

Requirements:

• Demonstrated interest in immigration law through clinical work, internships, or volunteer experience

• Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload under supervision

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal staff

• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required

• Experience with case management software is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction (candidates pending bar results will be considered)
