The successful candidate will develop case theories and manage cases from inception through trial, collaborating with a diverse team of attorneys on complex employment matters.

Duties

• Lead and manage high-stakes litigation cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience, with employment trial experience required.
• Proven success in jury trials; appellate case experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Licensed to practice in California and in good standing.
• Willingness to travel for trials and client meetings.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
