Job Overview
A law firm seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their Project Development and Finance Practice in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have experience in project development and/or finance, preferably at a large national or international firm.
Duties
- Assist in structuring and executing complex project finance transactions.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and address potential transaction pitfalls.
- Work with lenders and sponsors to maximize transaction value and security.
- Contribute to the successful syndication of transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with project development and/or finance preferred.
- Background in a large national or international firm is advantageous.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
