Seeking Litigation Attorney with some experience in elder law, including fair hearings and guardianships, and the ability to handle all stages of litigation (from inception through trial). Candidate will handle litigation that consist of Supreme Court and Surrogate's Court proceedings. Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and challenging case load.
