Innovation Engineer

The candidate will design, prototype, build, iterate, support and maintain applications using a suite of low-code/no-code technologies. Participate in requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand their business needs. Continually build our knowledge of low-code/no-code development, staying abreast of the latest product updates and best practices. Disseminate knowledge of low-code/no-code technologies across the organization. Identify new use cases that can be leveraged using low-code/no-code technologies. Work closely with the Innovation team, other firm stakeholders and professionals to identify and solve key business problems. Should have a bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience with low-code/no-code development. Technical background, inclination and acumen. A deep desire learn how to build apps and technology solutions using low-code/no-code technologies. Ability to formulate technical solutions to meet business needs. Understanding of the software development process and the full stack of software components, including Agile methodologies. Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, both in written and verbal form, the necessary changes to meet the business needs, including requirements and test cases. Ability to work independently. Good user experience instincts. Hardworking and enthusiastic attitude. Experience working in a professional setting. Thrive in a fast-paced environment with new challenges each day. Ability to juggle multiple projects in parallel. Robust Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and expertise (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Expertise in one or more of the following low-code/no-code technologies is highly preferred by Microsoft Power Platform – including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint, Betty Blocks, Neota Logic, Smartsheet, HighQ Collaborate, Contract Express, and Nintex.
