Senior Counsel
Duties: Implement and manage best practices to enhance and protect global intellectual property portfolio and educate and advise employees on the same. Manage litigation, including with respect to general litigation, intellectual property enforcement and employee matters. Counsel on employment law matters including, hiring, terminations, benefits and workplace discrimination. Provide day-to-day support to the G&A and Operations business units including HR, IS, Facilities, Marketing, and Compliance. Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, quickly identifying and prioritizing high-risk and mission-critical transactions. Assist with the interpretation and implementation of company-wide policies. Provide support for M&A activities and other strategic transactions. Manage outside counsel effectively, ensuring high-quality work at a reasonable price. Provide support for other matters as determined from time to time.
