The candidate should preferably have LLM in Taxation. Should have 2-5 years of experience at a law firm or accounting firm. Strong academic background is needed. Should be licensed to practice law in good standing in the State of Arkansas. Should have excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Should have the ability to manage multiple matters and tasks simultaneously and to complete tasks efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner. Should have the ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines. Strong organization and matter management skills are needed. Should have the ability to work professionally and collaboratively with partners, associates, and support staff. Should have the ability to work effectively with large working groups as part of a transaction team.
