Duties

• Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and review title work; provide title opinions.
• Draft and review closing documents, including contracts and deeds.
• Collaborate with clients, brokers, lenders, and developers for smooth closings.
• Assist in all phases of real estate transactions: purchases, sales, exchanges, and refinances.
• Deliver a professional, client-centered experience.
• Review disbursement ledgers and sign checks.
• Conduct educational sessions for real estate professionals.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in North Carolina and in good standing with the NC State Bar.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple files.
• Commitment to client service and professionalism.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• NC Bar License.
