Position Overview

We are seeking motivated attorneys at all experience levels to join our growing litigation team.

Attorneys will handle cases from inception through resolution, including:

• Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
• Managing written discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Court appearances and motion practice
• Mediations and settlement negotiations
• Trial preparation and trial
• Reporting and Communicating with Client
• This is a hands-on litigation role with substantial responsibility.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• California State Bar Admission in good standing
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters effectively
• Litigation experience preferred but not required
