Duties
- Advise funds in all stages of operations, including preparing offering materials and drafting governing agreements.
- Negotiate with investors and draft side letters.

- Advise on general fund operations, including compliance and conflicts of interest.
Requirements
- JD from 2020 - 2024.
- Previous large law firm experience required.
- High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
- Preference for candidates licensed to practice law in California or Texas.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD)
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in California or Texas preferred.
Skills
- Strong understanding of fund formation and operations.
