The candidates must have 4-6 years of general corporate and transactional experience in a law firm setting, including experience with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financing transactions, joint ventures, and drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Must be self-starters and must be able to manage due diligence investigations and work as a member of a team on complex transactions. Top academic credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills are required.
