A law firm seeks a Senior Discovery Attorney in Portland. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience advising and supporting case teams and clients through all discovery phases, from preservation to production, and beyond. This role involves collaboration with attorneys, technologists, and clients to develop case-specific workflows and protocols for eDiscovery.

Duties

• Advise case teams and clients on discovery phases, including pre-litigation and trial preparation.
• Collaborate to craft and manage eDiscovery workflows and protocols.
• Oversee quality of work and deliverables for associated attorneys and service providers.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
• In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery laws and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency with corporate messaging and productivity solutions like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Expertise with Relativity is strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Relevant eDiscovery certifications preferred.
