Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Discovery Attorney in Portland. Duties

  • Oversee quality of work and deliverables for associated attorneys and service providers.

Requirements

  • Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
  • In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery laws and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency with corporate messaging and productivity solutions like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Expertise with Relativity is strongly preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Relevant eDiscovery certifications preferred.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
