Duties

• Engage in estate administration, including preparing and filing probate documents and attending hearings.

Requirements

• Knowledge in estate planning, estate and gift tax, and business succession planning.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
• Ability to summarize complex problems and propose solutions accurately.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in online legal research services and other legal resources.
• Sound and independent judgment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Active involvement in business development activities.

Education

• Graduate of an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Michigan State Bar, or eligible for prompt admission.
