Duties

• Lead federal government contracting and compliance efforts.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements with various stakeholders.
• Advise on contract structure, risk allocation, and regulatory considerations.
• Review legal and compliance aspects of RFI/RFP responses.
• Assist with regulatory and compliance projects.
• Support employment matters alongside HR and legal teams.
• Manage litigation holds and coordinate with internal and external parties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for contract approvals.
• Contribute to contract templates and compliance tools.
• Understand the firm's healthcare technology platform and services.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership.
• Fifteen or more years of relevant legal experience, including commercial contracting.
• Experience with federal, state, or local government contracting.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating various agreements.
• Strong judgment and ability to communicate complex matters clearly.
• Comfort with ambiguity and decision-making without perfect information.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative spirit and enjoyment of cross-team work.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
