Duties

• Manage a high-value caseload of 40-50 active family law matters.
• Serve as lead counsel in negotiations, hearings, and trials across New York State.
• Develop and execute case strategies with a team of attorneys and paralegals.
• Mentor and coach junior attorneys and law clerks.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents and agreements.
• Maintain exceptional client communication and service standards.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in New York State or eligible for reciprocity.
• 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in family or matrimonial law.
• Strong courtroom and litigation skills with a successful track record.
• Ability to manage complex, high-conflict cases professionally and empathetically.
• Proven mentoring and training skills for junior attorneys and law clerks.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license in New York State.
