Duties

• Lead real estate transactions, including direct negotiation of documents.
• Draft and oversee fundamental transactional documents.
• Manage and support junior associates as needed.
• Conduct due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Review titles and surveys for real estate transactions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Admitted or eligible for admission to the Utah Bar.

Education

• Strong academic background required.

Certifications

• Admission to the Utah Bar or eligibility for admission.

Skills

• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Team-oriented with superior communication skills.
• Experience in energy/project finance, restaurant operations, or corporate law is a plus.
