Profile

We are seeking a litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation to join our New York office. (Class Years 2012, 2013, or 2014 only.) Our attorneys actually try cases – to juries and judges. The ideal candidate is hungry to go to court, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys thinking through a case. Candidates should possess extensive experience drafting pleadings, handling e-discovery, drafting discovery demands and responses, and researching and drafting motions. (Experience taking and defending depositions is a plus, but not required). In addition to having excellent academic credentials, the ideal candidate must have good judgment and be a team-player and a self-starter who can meet deadlines. NY bar admission required.
