• Requirements
• Three to five years of corporate finance transactional experience at a large law firm.
• Utah bar admission or eligibility to become admitted in Utah.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Top academic credentials.

• Education
• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
