The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of commercial real estate law experience, focusing on documenting and closing commercial real estate transactions. Duties:

• Document and close commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, and financing.
• Handle office, retail, and industrial leasing matters, with a potential focus on development/ground leasing.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and autonomously in a dynamic, intellectually stimulating environment.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of commercial real estate law experience.
• Proficiency in documenting and closing commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience in office, retail, and industrial leasing; development/ground leasing experience is desirable.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or equivalent.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the bar in Illinois or Florida, or actively pursuing admission.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in Illinois or Florida, or actively pursuing admission.
