Job Overview:

The Litigation Associate Attorney will support various litigation cases, including document review, discovery, legal research, writing, and Motion practice.

Duties:

• Conduct document reviews for litigation cases.
• Propound and respond to discovery requests.
• Assist with legal research on case-specific issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in case strategy meetings and client consultations.
• Represent clients in court proceedings as necessary.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Washington State Bar.
• 1-4 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
