Duties:

• Handle complex insurance coverage matters involving first- and third-party claims

• Provide legal analysis and counsel to insurance industry clients

• Draft comprehensive coverage opinions and related documentation

• Participate in litigation matters (preferred but not required)

• Collaborate with a nationally recognized team on high-profile cases

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant insurance coverage experience

• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

• Admission to the New York State Bar (required)

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (preferred)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in New York

• Additional bar admissions (e.g., New Jersey) considered a plus

Skills:

• In-depth understanding of insurance coverage law

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
