Public Law Associate
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, California Bar membership, with 1-3 years’ experience with an emphasis on the representation of public entities on a variety of public law matters is required. Knowledge of the Brown Act, Public Records Act and conflict of interest laws is important. Experience in advising City Councils, Planning Commissions, or other governing boards at public meetings is desirable. The ability to work directly and effectively with clients is an essential skill for this position. Must have superior research and writing skills, and a strong commitment to professional excellence.
