Duties

• Communicate with clients and colleagues to gather information and provide legal advice.
• Conduct legal research and analysis, including investigating facts and analyzing case precedents.
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Assist with discovery, including preparing and responding to written discovery.
• Appear in court for hearings and trials; draft and argue motions.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in business or commercial litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Minnesota.

Skills

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
