Legal Billing Coordinator
The candidate will accurately generate client invoices (both paper and electronic) in high volume; assess and implement complex billing processes based on client requirements; ensure billing processes are in compliance with established firm policies and procedures; resolve invoicing issues after submission to clients, payment issues and monitoring client e-billing systems; and collaborate with other team members and administrative departments. Should preferably have experience in a professional service organization. Prior legal or professional service organization experience is preferred.
