Conduct legal research and analysis
Review title and appraisal documents related to real property disputes
Support trial preparation and client communication
Collaborate with attorneys and staff across the practice group
Handle multiple matters simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to real estate or eminent domain issues
Experience drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and analyzing title documents is preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team setting
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Strong academic performance preferred
Certifications:
Admission to the California State Bar (required)
Skills:
