Duties

• Represent clients in workers' compensation claims through all stages of litigation.
• Draft and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Advise clients on legal matters related to workers' compensation law.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management.
• Maintain detailed case files and managed deadlines effectively.

Requirements

• 0-5 years of litigation experience, with a demonstrated interest in workers' compensation law.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive client matters.
• Commitment to learning and growing within the practice area.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

• Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation law is a plus, but not required.
