Requirements

• Completion of a U.S. Bankruptcy Court clerkship.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a top-tier law firm.
• Substantive experience in business bankruptcy law and commercial litigation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent academic record.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Idaho or eligibility for admission.
