Duties

• File claims and manage hearings before Administrative Law Judges.
• Represent injured workers in workers' compensation claims.
• Maintain a high-volume caseload with accuracy and efficiency.
• Expand practice under the firm's brand.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SSD/SSI and Florida Workers' Compensation cases.
• Existing book of business strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Proven trial experience before Florida JCCs.
• Strong knowledge of SSA rules and Florida Workers' Compensation law.

Education

• J.D. degree required.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing required.

Skills

• Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage high caseloads efficiently.
