A law firm seeks a dynamic senior associate or partner-level attorney with expertise in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare Law to join their practice in New York, NY. Duties

• Advise pharmaceutical, pharmacy, and healthcare clients on complex market access, managed care, and regulatory issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of attorneys on high-impact projects.
• Draft and negotiate critical contracts, including manufacturer, payor, and distribution agreements.
• Build compliance frameworks for clients in an evolving regulatory landscape.
• Partner with executives and founders as a trusted business and legal strategist.

Requirements

• J.D. with 7+ years in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical law.
• Licensed (or eligible) in NJ or NY; other admissions a plus.
• Experience in pricing, reimbursement, or regulatory compliance required.
• Prior supervisory or mentoring experience.
• Background in pharmacy or healthcare (RPh, PharmD, RN, etc.) a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in NJ or NY
